I’m writing this letter on behalf of my wife and myself, to thank you for the service you provided us. Our renovation, for us at least, was a major operation and disruption to our daily life. As you are aware, soon after we began the project, my wife Faye had a heart attack and that added to the pressure. However, we did get through it and I must tell you that we are extremely please with the outcome.
George and Larry guided us through a challenging project with patience, professionalism and knowledge, but mostly patience. In every single aspect of the project they always did what they told us they were going to do, and in many cases, went beyond what we expected. They went to great lengths to keep us informed, to minimize the disruption to us, and to allay all our concerns.
Without exception, all the sub-contractors were professional, well mannered and concerned for our needs. Many of them, including Larry and George, expressed concern for my wife after she became ill. Small gestures like that have enormous impact. We were both touched.
Upon completion of the work, we have had many, many compliments not only on the style, color schemes and materials, but on the quality of the work done. The kitchen is especially pleasing to my wife, and every one that sees it is very impressed with the work.
I have never been in a position before now, where I was not only satisfied with work done, but pleased enough to send a letter to express our great satisfaction. I have had many people ask who did the work for us and I do not hesitate to tell them and to tell them how pleased we are with the outcome.
I took us a long time to decide on who we wanted to do the work, but it was well worth the extra effort. In the future, we will not have to do the research again because I already know who will be our first and only choice.

The quality of construction is evident throughout this home. In other builders' model homes, the floors squeaked and fit and finish defects were evident. That is not the case with this Vernon Esham home. The floors do not squeak, the materials used are all first rate, and the craftsmen did a quality job. Our home contains numerous upgrades in materials that are extra with other builders including tile floors, hardwood floors, and upgraded plumbing fixtures. There are no generic contractor grade fixtures anywhere in this home.

The service we have received from Vernon Esham Homes has been extraordinary. Everyone from the Construction Manager to Mr. Esham himself have been nothing short of accommodating and customer focused. It is reassuring to know that if any problems arises someone, with whom you are dealing with is willing and capable of helping and solving the problem. In construction sometimes problems arise, it can be inevitable; however the measure of an organization is how they overcome problems. Vernon Esham Homes is one of the top builders because they handle problems quickly and efficiently, without hesitation.
